Entity. Corroboration. Knowledge graph.
AI Search Visibility
Before any model will recommend your business, it has to be confident it knows what your business is. Generative Engine Optimisation is that layer: turning your company from a string of text a model has to guess about into a resolvable entity it can state facts about.
Most businesses that are invisible to AI search are not being outranked. They are being skipped, because nothing the model can find agrees on who they are, what they do or where they do it.

Why models skip
Unclear Businesses
A generative engine is not deciding whether you are the best. It is deciding whether naming you is a safe thing to do. Ambiguity is the enemy: two spellings of your company name, an old address on a directory, a service list on your site that your Google Business Profile contradicts.
Each of those is small. Together they are the reason an AI search visibility expert gets called in, and they are almost always fixable in weeks rather than months. The work is unglamorous and it is the highest-leverage thing on this site.
What the entity work covers:
- Entity definition: a schema graph where Person, Organisation, Service and Place are linked by @id, not left as four disconnected blobs a parser has to guess at.
- Corroboration mapping: every place your details appear, audited. The ones that disagree get fixed, the ones that are missing get earned.
- Knowledge panel groundwork: the sameAs trail that lets Google connect your site, your profiles, your registrations and your named people with enough confidence to build a panel.
- Topical authority: content clusters that make your expertise legible at a topic level rather than a keyword level, which is the level models reason at.
- Named-human attribution: a real person, with credentials and a verifiable trail, behind the advice. Anonymous brands are harder for a model to justify citing.
- Contradiction clean-up: the old listings, dead profiles and duplicate records that quietly undermine everything else you publish.

Discuss GEOThe five stages of a
GEO Engagement
Entity work is sequential. Publishing more content on top of an unresolved identity is how businesses end up with a large site and no authority.
- 1
Entity Audit
Every public record of your business, gathered and compared: website, Google Business Profile, Companies House, LinkedIn, directories, trade bodies, old sites. Wherever two sources disagree, that disagreement gets logged.
- 2
Canonical Facts
We agree one exact version of the truth: legal name, trading name, address format, phone, service list, founding date, the people. This document becomes the reference everything else is corrected against.
- 3
Schema Graph Build
The canonical facts are expressed as a linked structured data graph across the site, with stable @ids, so every page reinforces one entity instead of declaring a new one.
- 4
Corroboration
The external record is brought into line. Wrong listings corrected, duplicates removed, missing high-trust sources earned, and the sameAs trail completed so the connections are explicit.
- 5
Verify & Monitor
We test what the engines now say, watch for knowledge panel movement, and re-check quarterly, because directories drift and old records resurface.
What you actually get
Included
Full entity audit
Every public source of truth about your business, compared and scored for agreement.
Canonical fact sheet
One agreed version of your details, for you and every future supplier to work from.
Linked schema graph
Stable @ids across the site so pages reinforce one entity.
Citation and listing clean-up
Contradictions corrected at source, duplicates removed.
sameAs trail completion
Explicit connections between your site, profiles and registrations.
Knowledge panel groundwork
The prerequisites in place, without promising a panel Google alone controls.
Topical cluster plan
The content map that makes your expertise legible at topic level.
Quarterly re-verification
Because records drift and old profiles come back.
Coverage across the UK
GEO Across Britain
Entity work is the least location-dependent service here, which is why this one is scoped UK-wide rather than by London borough. The London context still matters when your searches carry local intent.

What is GEO, and how is it different from AEO?
GEO, or Generative Engine Optimisation, is the foundation layer: making your business a clear, corroborated entity that a model can resolve and state facts about. AEO is what you build on top, earning the citation in a specific answer. GEO is who you are, AEO is whether you get named. Doing AEO without GEO is why a lot of AI visibility work produces nothing.
How do I know if my business has an entity problem?
Ask an assistant to describe your company. If it hedges, confuses you with a similarly named business, quotes an old address, or lists services you dropped years ago, that is an entity problem rather than a content problem. It is also very common and usually cheaper to fix than people expect.
Can you get me a Google knowledge panel?
I can build every prerequisite: a consistent entity, a complete sameAs trail, corroboration on sources Google trusts, and structured data that matches. Whether a panel actually appears is Google's decision, not mine, and any consultant promising one is selling you something they cannot deliver.
Does this only matter for AI search?
No, and that is the part people miss. The same entity clarity that helps a model cite you is what holds Map Pack rankings steady and stops your service pages competing with each other. It was worth doing before the assistants arrived. They have just made the cost of ignoring it visible.
How long does entity work take?
The audit and schema build take two to four weeks. Correcting the external record takes longer, because some directories are slow and a few require evidence, so three to six months is realistic for the full corroboration pass. Improvements start showing well before the end of it.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes, and this is the service where location matters least. I am based at 9 New Change in the City of London and run GEO engagements for businesses across the whole of the UK.
